If you are having trouble logging in to the system, see below to determine possible problems: Forgot Password? If you have forgotten your password, please click here: Reset your password New User / Forgot Username If you are a new user or have forgotten your user name, please click here: Help with Username Initial Password Change Required When an account is created, the system is set to force the user to change the initial password on first login. If you have not done this, click the "Change Password" link above. Follow the prompts to reset your password. Once you have done this, you will use this username/password for future logins to RaiderNet, RSCC lab computers, and Momentum. Note: Passwords must be at least 6 characters in length. Expired Accounts Accounts that have not been used for 360 days (recently changed from 180 days) are expired for lack of use. This is a security measure.
